quality electrical contracting and services for the Front Range area of
Colorado, for fifteen years. Many of our employees have been a part of

Some of our employment benefits, for full time employees are:
401(k) Retirement/Tax Deferred Savings Plan: You may contribute up to
15% of your pay on a pre-tax basis. Additional company contributions are
made based on a predetermined percentage of net profit. You direct your
savings to any or all of several different investment funds. You, as an
eligible Employee, may authorize FOSTER ELECTRIC CORPORATION to withhold
up to 100% of your Compensation not to exceed $15,500.
Medical Insurance is provided for 100% coverage for all employees. Additional coverage is available at the best possible rates for family members.
Vacations: Paid time off for vacation or personnel time is discretionary, and based on five days off after 2080 hours worked, up to five years of employment. Tens days off after five years of employment.
Holidays: All full time employees are given five paid holidays annually.
Personal Purchases: Enjoy full company discounts on all personal tool and material purchases, with convenient payroll deductions.
Regular employee training is provided in technical, supervisory, sales, motor control, NEC, apprenticeship, and many other educational opportunities through our tuition reimbursement program.
